The basic concept of the Fire of Anatolia is the meeting of civilizations. It is a dance portrait aiming at the meeting of eastern and western cultures and giving messages of universal peace. By synthesizing folk dances with ballet, modern dance and other disciplines of dance, it presents a show at modern standards, a cultural feast to the world. Taking its source from the thousands of years of mythological and cultural history of Anatolia, Fire of Anatolia is a unique project that includes 3000 folk dance figures and folk music compiled from almost every region.
The project, signed by Mustafa Erdoğan, aims to introduce the fire of Anatolia's thousands of years old mosaic of culture and history blended with peace to the whole world. Fire of Anatolia, which has been shown as one of the few dance companies in the world with its international tours and promotional activities, is the most magnificent project that has reached the universal with the power of our national culture. Fire of Anatolia started its world tour in 2002 and was watched by more than 35 million art lovers with 3850 performances in 87 countries (many countries were visited many times). The world-famous Dance Group Fire of Anatolia regularly takes the stage every week in its show venue, Antalya Gloria Aspendos Arena during the summer period between April and November, and presents our cultural richness to local and foreign tourists coming to our country with dance shows.
